We are a small cooperative organic farm nestled in the Catskills of New York, dedicated to employing regenerative organic practices in cultivating nine varieties of specialty mushrooms year-round. During the warmer seasons, we work with sustainable-certified wildcrafters to offer a selection of wild mushrooms and other indigenous plants. Additionally, in the summer months, we sporadically feature fresh produce from our no-till gardens. You can work with us and our in-house graphic designer to help promote the mushrooms at your establishment!

In addition to our agricultural endeavors, we also host on-farm Mushroom BBQ dinners, conduct guided tours, organize volunteer work days, and host special events. We run short educational courses and long-term apprenticeship programs designed for individuals keen on learning the art of sustainable farming and community-living. Looking ahead, we eagerly anticipate expanding our offerings to include children’s camps and farm stays. You are welcome to set up a time to visit the farm and meet our team firsthand!
