Saboon Maazeh is a farm dedicated to growing and saving heirloom seeds from the Levant, as well as medicinal herbs and natural colorants for use in traditional method soap production. The CSA is a year round soap CSA, and the farm hosts a variety of on farm events to pick culturally relevant foods. Crops typically grown include Molokhia, Zaatar, Rashad, Khibeze, Kara3, Kusa, and more!
